SO WHAT IS CRICKET ?

Cricket is sport which is played  between two countries, each team consist of 15 players in which 11
are playing and rest 4 are substitute, one player is 12th man amongst the 4 substitute players, though cricket was started by britishers in the 19th century but now it is played in many countries like India, Sri lanka , Pakistan , Bangladesh , Australia , England, , cricket is played like a national sport in countries like india , Pakistan , Australia , England.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF PLAYING CRICKET?

1. Playing cricket increases the stamina and endurance of a person , cricket is not a sport of continuous running , there is a difference in the speed when a player running between the wicket and a player running during fielding, so therefore player requires a mix of aerobic and anaerobic energy.

2. improves the diet of a person , every sport person makes sure that his diet is proper, and it is very important for a sports person to follow the proper die and eat healthy food and not junk food, it helps him to play better without any health issues.

3. there should not be any distraction , so it improves the concentration level of  a player while playing cricket.

4. cricket is team sport and it requires team spirit, total dedication towards the sport , players do various exercise to make themselves fit, every player in the team should contribute towards the team and not just the captain, so cricket helps you to work in team.

5. a player should not only be calm on the field he should interact properly with media, with the fans, and not get irritated. so cricket helps you to improve your social skills.

6. cricket helps you to remove your mental stress. and makes you fit mentally and physically
